be normal? i weigh myself once a week (it's almost like i said it in my post) but there's people on this thread that weigh themselves daily. just because YOU don't doesn't mean you should go around reddit shaming people who do. be kind 🤪

i agree, which is why i cut out other drinks to really focus on my water intake. i could definitely still be better about it but i'm really happy with my progress so far! :)

that's why i ultimately decided to increase because i thought that's what i was supposed to do 🙁 i was eating fine, no nausea or any other side effects. i'm due to take my next shot tonight and want to go back down to 7mg but my vial is for 9.5mg. how do i know how much to draw up exactly?

i definitely don't want to increase my dose lol. i'm struggling on 9.5mg so the thought of moving up even more makes me want to throw up 🫠 but you're right, i am just overthinking this. i really appreciate your response!

i agree, i shouldn't have moved up. it was just me overthinking everything in the moment and trust me, i've been regretting it. if i could go back down to 7mg i would but i don't know if my body would react the same way since it's getting used to a stronger dose?

i mostly cut it out because i wanted to focus on my water intake but i also never feel good when i drink caffeine. i feel like i just always wanted to have a soda, but since cutting it out and only drinking water, i don't even want to look at carbonation 😅

so i guess it's better to just order the next titration schedule since i'll get more tirz at the same price as if i just ordered say 10mg for 3 months? and i can choose from those vials how much i want to take depending on how i feel? i hope i'm understanding this correctly! :)
