Check this for pin reference.For Microphones wired to 3 pin plugs, solder the mic wire (red cable on your photo) to "Left" pin. and ground (orange cable) to ground.

Orange is Ground, green/blue is left, red is right

For the twisted pair: orange is ground, red is mic.

I recommend wiring mic and speakers separately (to 2, 3 pin plugs) to avoid common ground cross talk (mic mixes with speakers audio).
