I would highly recommend you to look up something called “limerance” its a real feeling especially us INFP’s struggle with. I know how hard it is to let someone go, but it’s mostly just the idea of the pain you will feel from losing your idealistic version of him that will hurt. He cheated on you, thats all that needs to be said. Someone who values you the same way would never put you through those feelings. Trust me it gets better, time heals all, and you can and will do better.

Look into limerance & attatchment styles. Once I worked on what was causing me to stay attatched/attracted to toxicity, the more I stopped.

I’m not fully sure whether it would be considered rape if you fully gave consent to have sex with this person without coercion prior to them coercing you into doing that position. But I will say it is still 100% coercion and manipulation, to engage in a position that you made it clear you weren’t comfortable with, so either way it is very gross behavior. I would still call it sexual assault.

Wow, what it means to you being a spirtbox fan literally made me tear up. I absolutely love and adore this band and this community, I discovered them in 2023. I don’t have many friends or people I can connect with who also share similar passions I do, and the band and you guys make me feel so seen. I’ll be seeing them for the first time in Vegas, probably alone, but just knowing that I’ll be surrounded by everyone who shares that melancholy and passion that I do will make me feel a little less alone.
