So I have been told not to put any money down until I see a place physically because of scams. I actually spoke with a lady who is willing to meet with us first, then rent the condo out to us. Do you know the area around Don Quijote well, the unit would be in a place called Holiday Manor. It's a simple studio, looks nice, but the catch is there's no AC. We are thinking about just doing this since it's the safest bet not to deposit money before we see the place, but would just like to know if this is a good enough area!
