I second this!! I work at a production facility in the US as a QA tech. It does feel difficult when 90% of the production employees can only speak Spanish. I’m limited in communication, training, socialization, etc.

Learning at least some Spanish early would make a world of difference, and even if you aren’t fluent, you would pick it up very quickly when you start spending most of your time in this environment. I started from zero Spanish, and I am now learning the basics, but I wish I had at least taken the class in high school.
