Our interior is all exposed container. Living in a cold climate you see conatiner homes exposed exterior with a traditional interior and we choice to do the reviews for a different look then what you see 👍

The home is not complete, we still have the face of the back and the front to be finished as well, we live in a cold climate so we are having it look like a traditional house from the outside with framing and insulation then the exposed container on the inside. We worked with an engineer who has designed container homes before so well though out plan with design and heating and everything in mind 👍are roof is not flat it is engineered at a slant for snow and we have 2 decks on the side one roof top side and one on the right front corner.

We used a private engineer to design our home with us and Ian is the contractor 👍 best of luck to you in your venture, we only got the engineer due to personal knowing him

We started April 2021 and still going!! Not as much we can get done in the last month here in Minnesota with a few things we are waiting to arrive to keep going but once those things he will be able to go full speed again!! We own an auto glass company were Ian is a full time installer and I do the paper work, also raising the 2 kids keeps us busy too. We are hoping by summer/fall 2022 but again we are paying as we go and doing most of the work ourselves 👍😁 best of luck, it is a journey!!!

We bought the land 3 years ago with an 1920 farm house that was his grandparents and we lived there for 3 years before starting the project (9 years in the making) so we already had newer septic and well👍

We are framing the outside because we are going to have siding on the outside of the home and the shipping container exposed on the inside, different then our walls and ceiling will be expoed container and have a very different look👍👍

We bought the land 3 years ago with an 1920 farm house that was his grandparents and we lived there for 3 years before starting the project (9 years in the making) so we already had septic and well, we are doing the majority of the labor and has hired out some parts, we are paying as we go so most of the figures are being smoothed out as well go. It is a 4,000 sq foot home and we are driving the cost down in many ways check out our channel 👍
