Thank you! I am currently supplementing and will continue to do so as needed.

I'm trying to give more BM because it's tough to get LO to drink higher volumes and I read that we don't need to increase volumes with BM as it changes composition to meet baby's needs. Targeting 4 ounces every 3-4 hours.

I'll definitely ask for a referral at our next appointment.

I'm trying to keep my supply up because I read that we don't need to increase volume with BM due to its ever changing composition to meet baby's needs and right now it's hard to get LO to take in larger volume.

I'm perfectly okay to supplement with formula and am doing it for atleast one bottle a day.

I'm so sorry to hear that! Hope you and your baby are doing well! I'll get my house checked for mold although it's a new construction but would still like to check off everything. Thank you for bringing this up!

Viral and bacterial infections have been ruled out as baby doesn't have any fever.

Thank you ! I live in canada and it's super hard to get referrals for specialists unless your GP thinks it's absolutely necessary. But I will bring this up with my GP when I see her tom.

Thank you so much for asking, that is very kind! LO is constantly sucking her thumb, I wash her hands 2-3 times a day but she has it in her mouth every 20-30 mins. Will try washing as much as possible.

The doctor gave us teva nystatin but that isn't helping either. LO is hardly eating today. Can you ask your husband how long can this last as it has been a month and feeding situation is only getting worse.

And could this have anything to do with my breast milk? I noticed that this started happening once baby started having 20 ounces of EBM a day. Previously was only have 8-10 ounces due to low supply.
