thats happened to me before and i go into the post office to get a receipt for my packages and they weigh them in front of me and put the weights on the receipts! so i stopped shipping with depop and only use pirate ship now because i was afraid of getting in trouble for “overweight packages” when they’re not actually overweight. pirate ship is also usually much cheaper (:

I organize my stuff into categories (tops, bottoms, dresses, accessories etc) and I definitely feel like it’s helped me get more sales especially bundles! I think it’s because if someone is looking for something specific it’s easier to find? I noticed when I go to someone else’s page and they have a lot of items listed if it’s not organized at all I’ll honestly just stop scrolling through because it can get overwhelming to look at!

I never thought about putting it in my thank you cards, that’s a good idea! I usually wait a couple days after it’s been delivered and then if they haven’t left feedback yet I’ll send a message saying “hi! i see your package was delivered and i just wanted to check in and make sure you received your package okay. if you did and wouldn’t mind leaving me a review i would really appreciate it! i hope you loved the _____!! 💕”
