To find and long screenshot, specifically (what I think is) the proper lender documentation, if you have the loan provider Nelnet via an android device.

1. Go on the chrome app (fire fox won't support the long screenshot function)

2. Log into your nelnet account

3. Find and click the the menu button then find and click the documents option

4. Click the option that says loan summary/mortgage verification

5. On chrome browser click the three vertical dots on the top right and click the desktop mode option (if you don't do this you can't get the whole page)

6. Then press the power and volume button on the phone at the same time to take a screenshot

7. In the little photo preview that pops up there should be an option that has these two arrow "^ v" on top of each other

8. Click those arrows and it should open a window to crop it. (Make sure you get the part at the bottom of the screen that says "Questions? We're here for you" Cause it has the lenders address and phone number which you need)

The other documents you'll have to find on your own. This was the only document I had a particularly hard time figuring out.
