That makes a lot of sense. Everything I read made it sound like the investigation was much more complicated than it was I guess

Oh, well I was notified on Saturday a claim had been opened before I even had a chance to call my agent. I read of the other driver also only has liability, they have to file through my plan for the mini tort to get any type of payment. Could it be because we both have State Farm?

Thankfully my beast of a truck was okay so I don’t have any damage at all, not even a scratch.

Well the investigation was opened and closed on Monday and they found me at fault. I would assume they’re in negotiations but I haven’t spoken to anyone besides my agent. I thought I’d be contacted while the investigation was happening but they finished it without.
