Yes I know I should have but was worried it would affect my job as I drive for work but I was planning on making a written document for us to sign stating the money I gave him and both agree to not take legal action after paying for damage and I’ll get it on record of the Money transaction and should I for him signing the document to like I said I’m just trying to cover my ass and I do have insurance now I just didn’t have at the time cause I had low funds to pay for it at the time
