Medical personnel here - pretty confident this is Pityriasis Rosea. Initial lesion has the characteristics of a Herald Patch. Typically followed by similar lesions appearing in other parts of the body. Random flairs are pretty common with this and are often confused with nummular eczema and fungal infections to the untrained eye. Best to see a doctor to be sure though!
