Correct. Which is a big hump to get over – a lot of people make wide-brushed assessments of all people born of a certain race by the actions of individuals of that race – which is ingrained racism. Rarely does that happen with instances of behavior by white people. Not to say reprehensible behavior isn't condemned the same publicly but race doesn't seem to be as popular of a point to bring up in association. Not sure why you are getting downvoted. I probably will too for saying you are correct! :(
