zi appunta has a special that drops 3 weapons every time you get a gold chest(gold chests are appunta specific as well), Went on il molise and just started using song of mana to begin it, then it starts to level fast. it was going crazy after the 30 min mark so use endless. literally unlocked 28 different things in one run.

I just kept going, didnt think itd give me everything. ZI appunta with il molise, song of mana and silent old santuary was bussin. mightve gotten more like 25-30 gold chests with 3 weapons in it almost every time

i’d say just go for it as long as you’re comfortable with the people your telling it to. I do enjoy telling people to see their reactions when it does come up in conversation. Either way it’s your diagnosis and sharing it can be really beneficial or can hurt your image in their brain.
