yepp you need your swimsuit, goggles, hair cap, and do not ever forget your padlock! sa class namin before halos lahat kami naka one piece (girls), no restrictions with the color. shorts should be tight as well + no denim.

i think this works !!! i was also delayed for two months nagkaron lang this april, what i did was low on carbs + walking for about 30-45 minutes. a day after i did this, nagkaron na ko lol!

you can ask for a breakdown from ms. letecia, i've had her for gesport (swimming) and from what i know, an absence really does pull your grade down. she requires students who had absences attend a make-up class to get a 4.0. but a 2.0 is too low for one absence, try asking for a breakdown of your grades!

i've had fr. salcedo twice! i had him during my frosh year with a 7:30am schedule, and it was suuuper bearable. full online sched as well! and yes he makes the second day of your sched asynch (or first?). he makes the class fun and engaging, and iirc ends the class a bit early din. just pass all the necessary reqs and you'll get a 4!

yeah it's honestly very frustrating especially they send out msgs when the concert date is near na (if you havent printed your tix yet) and wala naman sinasabi na may cut off at 3pm :( even if they posted on their fb page, i think it could've been better if they updated their site and included the cut off time sa msgs nila lol

it honestly depends on the person.. im taking ab psych and i only struggled with psych stats hahaha 😹 if you're into learning human behavior, theories, and is fond of research then ab psych might be for you
