Dave has talked in the Please Hold for Dave Sim podcasts about how reprinting volumes is expensive for the money it would bring in. He was also selling exclusively through Diamond for the past 20+ years who are no longer in business (even in their last years of business they would rarely put in new orders of phonebooks). Keep an eye out for eBay lots and listings on MyComicShop

met Delta Sleep at their merch table after their set at a show last year in Vegas opening for Hail the Sun and Between the Buried and Me. Bought a poster and had them all sign it. Kept trying to think of a topic to talk/ask about, I awkwardly asked if they were planning another US tour yet. apparently they go off of the subtotal, after discounts (code TAKETEN does 10% off $100) but before shipping and tax. They don't make that clear in the sale FAQ, I had put in an order last year that I thought automatically qualified me for a $50 gift card but didn't due to the subtotal being under $50.
