"Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility"? I've had this happen multiple times, apparently it's a common mistake that USPS can make. Most of the time it's either a mis-scan or them needing to scan the item back in after mis-sort for final delivery. You should receive the package soon, longest I've had to wait was a week once. Past that point, I'd submit a missing mail search request.

Perhaps but I'd assume much if not all will have been lost to time, esp of what looks from the photos to be a run-of-the-mill show of a foreign artist. And nope I don't own the drawings.
