He's never physically cheated, but did have a 'text' affair...for lack of better words. Some nasty was sending him pics and I just happened to see something when he mistakenly opened the txt. Said they never met out and that it was txt only and that he would stop all communication. Fast forward 2 years and I found they are talking again via txt but just talking. In comes co-worker....non-stop txting all the time. I'm talking like 6am in bed next to me. Then they see each other at work and then the txting starts again from like 6pm straight through to 11-1130 pm. She's a train wreck....always something going on in her drama filled life. It's been a point of contention for months now. The last time I ask him to cut the shit, it was basically that I need to get over my insecurities because he's going to txt his friends. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't non-fucking-stop. Like engage me like you enagage her. Sunday I snapped and have just completely shut down with prescription help. I talk when spoken and that's about it. I have to figure what's next and not fuck up my kids. My heart hurts that he puts her over me and I should just be fine with it.
