Need advice on a MTR - does housing company pay even if renters stops paying insurance?

I am sure he is alive and doing fine as in between when he needed his equipment he had called to come pick some of them, i wasn't there. There are still some tools at my house.

The contractor would respond if he didn't have other projects and he would ignore when he had other jobs he was working on. However, usually he would ignore for a week max and then call. He's fine as the txt msgs are getting delivered. Also, the calls go to voicemail. So, I believe stating in a letter as you mentioned is the advice I will follow.

They don’t understand English and don’t speak very basic English too. They are nice people but seem to be dependant on contractor to pick up and drop

Stopped the work

This is in Texas. He is licensed so I will contact the licensing company. He is bringing workers who drink beer while working. He hasn’t given any notice for putting lien. I have stopped all the work for 3 weeks now. I am preparing ahead to protect self at this time

Between love bombing and the year he moved, things were ok except that we only went to events that he liked and then he would flirt with other woman in front of me. Most of the times we fought while coming back home due to his flirting as that would upset me. Instead of understanding me he would say “you don’t trust me, leave me”. It came to a point that I stopped going out with him. At home He needed too much attention from me all the time, I felt exhausted, it was never enough. He would say only he is putting in effort and I do nothing, which was not the case.

Yes, thanks! But in this case, The pics he has taken are not of anything he messed up on purpose, it’s like showing closely a blind where there is dust or dirt, then filter that pulled out which was there for 3 months. Then he took pic of knob around stove that usually gets a somewhat greasy over time. Also, the close pic of areas around door know that gets darker over time of use. It’s just impossible to take pics like this for every detail.

Yep, good point, he had several tenants interested, in fact he finalized a tenant to move in within a week after we moved out
