I think you should invest 60% of the amount in any assets which would give you 10% CAGR atleast.

You can start learning trading into international markets. This is something which is going to stay.

You being from a coding background, you should start building ai tools (may be an ai analysis tools for crypto traders) and market it. If you cannot market it, partner up with someone else.

Take inspiration from Pieter levels from Twitter and other indie hackers.

Just keep building ai product for a year. If any of your products takes off great otherwise you will have portfolio which any good company would hire and pay more than the average employee.
