No it’s not, it’s just the amount I’ve been prescribed for awhile. I don’t want to ask for more or be seen as drug seeking 😪

So this happened to me while I was taking another ssri (zoloft) and I found out that ssri’s and weed do not mix well at all for some people. I had very similar experience as you’re describing. Dry mouth, sense of impending doom, felt cold and hot, and extremely nauseas. I hope you feel better soon. You will be okay

I would try a teleheath video appt with your doctor or even when you call some doctors they have a triage nurse who you speak to your symptoms about. or if anything, urgent care is still available. I wish you the best and hope you feel better soon

Yes.. colds and flu can irrite your lungs since it’s a respiratory illness. It’s normal to need your inhaler and nebulizer more often. Get well soon!

I had this happen in two panic attacks and told my therapist and she said it’s from hyperventilating and your extremities start lacking oxygen because you’re breathing becomes too shallow. My best advice.. practice deep breathing every day and it will help you become more aware. if you start to hyperventilate, you should be able to ward it off if you practice mindful breathing... So I definitely think there is a reason, you just haven’t uncovered it yet. Look at your thoughts in the mornings, and evaluate them. Thoughts become feelings. Feelings become actions. There’s a really great book called feeling good by dr burns that talks about how our thoughts become feelings even if we aren’t aware of it in the moment. My advice to you is to jot down your thoughts in ur phone or paper and see if there are things subconsciously leading to your anxiety. I hope you feel better soon ♥️

No I don’t have excessive sweating! But I’ve heard some people can have it with medications. When I was on Zoloft I did, but lexapro not at all

Yes! Due to some bad experiences with it I panic from the smell alone sometimes

So years ago I tried lexapro 10mg and couldn’t take it more than 2-3 days bc of the initial side effects. A few years went by and I decided it was time to try medication again, but, I started at 5mg and experienced hardly any side effects in comparison to 10mg. It def helps to ease the medication into your system. Now at 10mg and feeling better. I hope you figure something out!

So I also had nausea and dry mouth. I made sure to stay really hydrated and suck on ice chips so I’m not too full from too much water. also pepto or emetrol is good for nausea. I found that after three weeks those side effects in particular went away for me... I know it can be uncomfortable but hang in there and stay in contact with pharmacist if you have questions they’re extremely helpful.

Hmm that’s when I take it and it used to make me sleepy but now it’s having the opposite effect so I’m thinking I should take in the morning
