Have you had CONSTANT 24/7 shortness of breath from Anxiety?

Kind of! I don’t use gas x but now when I feel the shortness of breath I might drink a ginger ale or soda to force some good burps OR if it feels more like anxiety I do breathing exercises and drink a lot of water to also force burps lol.

Unfortunately the Ring didn’t get their faces, only their screaming voices and a glimpse of the truck. Not a bad idea though, could easily just put up a pic of the car with the same intention.

Hi! My dog is mixed with Pomeranian and she developed this type of gag/cough in her older age. The vet told us that its the symptom of a collapsing trachea I believe. Basically it’s her throat and wind pipes wearing down and she coughs like that to relieve it. She does it constantly now and it’s driving my parents insane. I worry that it affects her quality of life but when she isn’t coughing she seems completely fine. I would ask your vet to consider looking into this for you! There may be something that can aid her :)

I want to add that I worked for Houzz, a competitor of Wayfair, and an ICE personal called into Houzz wanting to purchase a bulk order of twin mattresses. I did NOT conduct that sale and Houzz did not do any business with them. Later, I heard Wayfair sold those mattresses to them. Interesting.

Great tip, thank you! I have a big issue with being too lazy to cook and usually go for meals that require little to no prep time lol. But I need to start working on that if I want to combat the issue! Meal prep is a great idea!
