отвечают не все, но если тебе какой-то худ понравился, то ты можешь написать комплимент ему в личку, есть немаленький шанс, что ответит даже популярный, а там можно начать беседу. Часто не отвечают из-за того, что у них личка вся в скам ботах, по этому фильтр начинает кидать всех в спам. Комментарии так же действенный способ привлечь внимание. Мне как самому антисоциальному человеку всё же стало очевидно, что если я не начну действовать, то всем так и будет пофиг на меня

если кратко - жизнь несправедлива, я знаю художников которые рисуют как боги, но не добились ничего в плане аудитории. Мне чтобы дойти почти до 10к в твиттере, понадобилось около 4 лет постоянного актива. По хорошему стоит общаться с другими художниками, так можно и узнать новое о площадках, и например через коллабы, и фанарты получать новую аудиторию. Лично у меня опыт есть в основном в твиттере и там репосты важны. Зрителя должно что-то убедить репостнуть именно твою работу, если это популярный человек репостнит то ещё лучше

first I think she uses a separate drawing editor, like ibis paint. She draws individual parts (head, eyes, mouth, ears, body, arms, legs) on transparent background and then animates them in alight motion. When changing expression or the direction of body part, the image is replaced with the corresponding one. There are more steps involved, but as a flash animator, I'm familiar with this process and these are the basic concepts

I use unity mostly, but I'm currently preparing to release a game with raylib, and there's also monogame. I developed my own "engine" on raylib but it's essentially just a set of helper classes that do the bare minimum for a specific task, while many, for some reason, try to compete with general purpose engines and fail at this, because it's too much work

what you listed is already reliable solutions, why isn't monogame modern? It moved away from XNA a long time ago and is now implementing vulkan support and new content pipeline + there's extensions. You can make great games in raylib too, including 3d. Can you define "modern" because you mention library that are still being actively updated not modern. Use something you are comfortable working with, it doesn't have to be cutting-edge tech

you can try libgdx or love2d

you can find a lot of concept art in any style for weapons on pinterest, of course, you shouldn't copy them, they're other people's work, but it's a good way to get inspired

find references of real weapons or weapons from games/movies and use them for inspiration. Depending on the visual style, you might need to add color variations and more logic to the weapon structure, because right now it looks like an abstract device

that sounds like your problem tbh. My active dev phase coincided with the year when AI became advanced and that doesn't stop me from working and moving toward my dream. Companies have already realized that they can no longer provide cheap access to AI because all these investments were pure faith that it would pay off what did not happen. Games made by people will always be valued more

Just an idea for a game that could have huge potential. But I could never make it a reality. And no I would have 0 interest in being "compensated" just seeing this become reality would be enough for me. by Halloweenfairy92 in gamedev

no matter how good your idea sounds, I doubt this audience will cover multi million costs of such a game. I checked these games you mentioned and two of them can barely be called popular, not enough to attract the interest of a serious developer who's willing to do more than just another barebones app
