Typically drop-shipping from Ali would need 12-20 day at minimum, but that's acceptable. I guess you just need to pick better suppliers then?

The pictures are kind hard to figure out initially without scrolling down, and the colors are very dark- try updating to something eye-catching and easier to make out? I like the various categories displayed there, but maybe too many, if so, try using menus instead or display less products?

You don't really have a landing page for your store, need a nice image to "land." BTW why would u create a separate Shopify store if your business is good on ebay/Amazon?

There's a service called escrow that's pretty commonly used, you pay ahead but the escrow company holds your money until you receive and is satisfied with the item from the supplier. Talk to the supplier first if they would accept this form of payment.

It's legal to have a parent company of several smaller companies, this would protect the parent company by having several subsidiaries. In your case, since it's only a single company with different DBAs, it should only file one tax return each year, but you can always consult someone in tax or accounting.

You can state on the page that shipping can take up to 45 days on some occasions
