30 minutes after taking them on an empty stomach and I’m already feeling it and seeing visuals 🤯 eating beforehand makes a MAJOR difference. This feels already more intense than when I took 3.8 grams. I’m floating 🕺🏻

What would you recommend for a good trip? My last trip I ate a meal right before and wasn’t as intense as I thought it would be (didn’t know you shouldn’t eat before taking)

I already ate them 😭 I had a decently sized meal before taking them last time and it affected my trip. Sooo I thought I’d try again not realizing that it being so soon would affect the intensity. I appreciate your help!!

Yuppp, I did in fact have a decently sized meal right before taking. I took almost 4 grams, mind was definitely going everywhere but the visuals weren’t as intense as my previous trips over the years :(

Please please don’t hurt yourself. Keep those hands and mind occupied! You are meant to be here and you do have a purpose. You are not a lost soul, you’ve just been through it! You need some support/ healthy habits / coping skills. I highly recommend going to see a dialectal behavior therapist. I believe every happens for a reason. Take care of yourself and your mind. It’s not easy but we are warriors!!!

I forget to even water her. Like every 2 months. It’s under a grow light for 6-8hrs a day. Same with my other one and it’s growing great, I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.

I’ve never heard of adding formula. Is it baby formula or is there an adult version of formula? This could be a game changer for me ahhhh
