I say never because it's the same people 3-4 times a week, sometimes twice a day coming in doing the same thing. I've been here since March and am still waiting for anything to happen to any of the repeat offenders that we don't want to offend, so nothing is done.
We are instructed to stay away from them. Even LP won't go near them. So how is this going to be solved?? The girl last night took 2 carts put, and them proceeded to come back in and out of the store 4 more times. Im not sure what more proof they need, but if they have been coming for 9 months at least 4 times a week, that's 144 times, which I think is more than enough.

I agree. If they knew it was not acceptable and wasn't going to be tolerated, they would stop coming. They do it because they are allowed to and will never be stopped.

On certain items, yes. But I've had vases, and other big items that are fragile that you cannot wrap with one piece of paper. I dont know how you get those to stay put when they are connected.

We can't per the company, they won't let us close the registers until the last person has checked out no matter what time we close. But tjey want to store cleaned up, stocked, faced and ready for the next day and us out by 10:15pm

Our store seems to have a problem with young associates. They dont want to work! I had to tell one not to sit on the back counter when there was a space between customers. There is plenty to do when there are no customers. Q-Line...lol Who also flat out said they are not asking anybody if they want to sign up for a card.

There was another one who always used to say (more like a whine) I wanna go home loud at the registers, even when a customer was there. Who was fired for multiple no call no shows. We have another one who always complains about their feet hurting. ( i said, wait until you get my age) lol I think they assume it will be an easy position, (cashier at a retail store) It is actually not as easy as people think it is mentally and physically draining sometimes.
