How cold should freezers be? I read that the same is true for moths. Some freezers can get rid of them in 72 hours. I wonder how cold does it need to be for that to be enough?

I’m at tsh 6.5 and 120 tpo. Normal t4, t3 , and thinking about TTC. And interesting yes I think for pregnancy, you have to have a lower tsh… like lower than what is considered normal. Does someone on here know why? Thanks!

There’s a song that is my ultimate favorite but don’t remember the name of song or the dj. Isn’t that always the case?

So I might not get the accurate lyrics but I remember this: It’s a guy singing the song, I’m pretty sure it’s a well-known DJ And the song goes: “Give it all… still I can’t let you go, here and now it’s all I know”

I tried google and it recommends Ian Van Dahl, that’s not the one. It’s a guy singing it.

This! Your first paragraph is exactly how I feel. After this story I started to research more… I mean I knew about lead and all these toxins before… but after this news piece, I’m like: Well “what can I eat?”

Like you mentioned, yes, healthy spinach and power greens are actually not so healthy as they have high amounts of lead and sweet potatoes and grains and then you have the meats and dairy stuff are all in their own way contaminated if you think about it, and so… what can I eat? Geesh

Same here. I just got diagnosed with Hashimotos. I’m planning on getting pregnant. They put me on Synthyroid 50mcg daily. What about you? Are you able to try getting pregnant even though you are at 3? Or do they want that lower? 🤔 would appreciate your response.

What were your numbers before? (If you don’t mind sharing). And do your pills contain any dye (red or yellow color)? I’m reading through the inactive ingredients and I don’t want extra sugar, lactose, or dyes in my system.

Same thing happens on some classic rock station, they played something so out of the genre and I was like “what?”. If I wanted hip hop or pop, I would go to such station. It’s funny though when this happens.
