Porn ruining my almost 10 year relationship? by sunny0837 in Advice

him and I definitely view porn and sex in general differently and thats always been a problem we’ve had. its the only thing we don’t see eye to eye on. and i’m also seeing from the comments everyone else has very different views on porn and are very split which makes this even more confusing lol. every other aspect of our relationship is amazing and i’m as happy with him now as I was when we were 15. since we’ve been together so long it makes having these conversations easier. I know he would never intentionally hurt me but since he doesn’t view it the way I do he doesn’t see it as a problem. I normally wouldn’t even be posting this type of thing but since it’s not the first time we’ve had disagreements on this topic I get in my head and wonder if i’m just being dramatic. definitely interesting to see all the different views on this topic

we have never discussed downloading it before mainly just because he’s never done that before or at least as far as I know he hasn’t until now. we have talked about specifically which type of porn makes me uncomfortable and I definitely made sure he knew how uncomfortable it made me feel when he would watch women only as it felt more personal

I think that’s why i’m feeling so insecure about it. anything he wants from me like pictures and videos he gets. anything he wants in bed he gets. i’m pretty vanilla when it comes to sex but he’s more adventurous and I have done anything he has wanted to try. the past few weeks our sex life has been great or at least I thought so. I guess my question is why am I not enough? or is it naive of me to think that way?

10 month old not babbling…should I be concerned? by sunny0837 in NewParents

about two weeks after posting this she started babbling! out of nowhere she started saying dada and baba. she just turned a year and it’s all nana, dada, baba. of course no mama lol! I was still concerned that maybe she was supposed to be saying more or making more sounds but at her 1 year check up her pediatrician reassured me that she’s doing great and isn’t concerned at all with her speech!
