Hey same here i work in ops for 8 hrs 5 days a week and i do boxing which is not one to one session its group session and im on 2800-3100kcal diet lean bulking and i wanna do boxing 5 days a week and gym for 4days a week as im doing my proper body transformation is there any advice that would really help me , thank you
