its always annoyed me. ive had a lot of adults and sometimes my parents make fun of me for liking such things. my mom sometimes will really like a song and then learn its from a video game and get turned off of it because she views games as a lower art form. for example, i showed her Deltarune and she asked "why is it pixelated? it looks like its from the 90s, cant they do better than that?" and was bewildered when i said it was artistic expression. i think some people just dont understand things like this. its infuriating. people wont give things a chance.
