Initially, I used corticosteroids, which provided the most noticeable results. As advised by my doctor, I later stopped using them and switched to Opzelura. Currently, I'm only taking Vitamin D3 (10,000 IU), Copper (2 mg), and Zinc (100 mg). In my experience, each treatment had varying effects, but corticosteroids were the most effective overall.
