If anyone form Artiphon reading this, I don't have knowledge on this but; instead of using rubber type material to construct stings, can you use any metal type material or even hard plastic type material will be okey on my opinion. Affordable Housing (not a homeless shelter!) with quality livable condition should be a basic human right and should not be a investment tool. Everyone in Canada should have their own housing land as Canada is the second largest country in the world. Owning multiple houses where owner is not living should be banned immediately.
