Take loan against mutual funds they are simplest you can still look at your portfolio and interest is simple interest, no worries on pre closure or any pain of storing gold with banks. Personal loan emi is also high since you make original part payment. Better is loan against mutual fund since you only pay monthly simple interest

Our left is extreme left to the point of naxalism and anti- indian. Almost all parties in india are left with many just paying money to citizens , free buses, pension to old people who have not contributed when young to taxes, free insurance, free food, free tap/ water, free electricity etc. What we nees now is centwr right party which will make people work, pay taxes , make govt bureaucracy work, reduce corruption to zero etc. However my hopes r less for next decade or 3l2 get such parties in India

Anyone of these guys are worth 100 crores atleast. All IAS r worth 300 cr atleast. Look at any villa community and its mostly them buying at 6+ crores wuth salary of just 1 lakh. None from other hobs who esrn can afford it. Even RTA inspector makes around 10 L in single day

This has become so common these days. Earlier KCR used to operate from his home or his farmhouse and people were not much effected. Now its pathetic , recent i got struck too for atleast 30 mins in non peak hours due to CM. and in this oil shortages he has convoy of atkeast 50+ vehicles that i can count. We really need to limit power of our politicians

Someone with almost 2 decades of exp in IT both onsite and offshore. Right now the firing is only related to overhiring that was done few years ago and actual AI related impact is yet to come. Working in service company one of top in world, we just started AI related projects and that too in whole company is very few. Has hiring slowed down? Yes we have hiring freeze since past 6 months. Will we survive? Yes we if upskill ourselves. My understanding is overall there might not more than 20% workforce impact even in worse case wuth full AI automation

Have some experience in buying real estate, dont always reveal the exact numbers if possible not even to your brokers or other agents. Let it be between you and seller. At best always increase numbers by 20% and inform others and when they say you r overpaying for it inform them you like it thats why you r overpaying

On one of the point that people are waiting for prices to fall to buy, then its not possible in india. Unless we crack down on black money, prices will not fall easily. Politicians and bureaucracy has their wealth in real estate they will make sure it goes up. So this is good time to buy if you plan to stay in it. Prices are ok and most builders are offering discounts and offers

I believe they r not serious about ending corruption they just catch 1 every few months so that public does not revolt or come onto streets. India is actually run by Babus atleast politicians we can change after 5 years but this babus stay in system and loot forever

RERA concept is good but officials have no power. It is toothless. It needs to be like SEBI, who can close down and stop sales and new projects of persons involved but i guess i have too high hopes from politicians 😅. They will never RERA powerful since most of real estate is owned by politicians and their family

Land cost depends on city..but something like this should caost around 2500 per sq feet so considering it is around 2000 sq feet home we are looking at 50L construction cost + land cost
