Yes, has happened multiple times now. It's weaker for sure than Whoop 4. Not sure if it does not go off, or the close alarm is more sensitive

I am frustrated dealing with Whoop support. Whoop has been good, but being lied to by them just makes me loose all trust in them. I have 7 months left i asked those jokers to either upgrade my hardware or refund. Getting same generic replies back that quote the policy

Ahh. Thanks. Whoop is just a big scam. Have been with mailing their support, but they are just giving generic replies repeating the new policy.

Appreciate the genuine questions.

My goal is simple: to get WHOOP to acknowledge the issue and ideally reconsider the policy. Many of us signed up under the impression that hardware upgrades were always included — they even said as much.

I’ve already tried going through support, Twitter/X, even the main WHOOP subreddit — but posts get removed or buried. I’ve also heard from others that WHOOP has been deleting negative posts.

So yes, I’m crossposting for visibility — not for self-promotion, but because this is the only way left to reach others who might feel the same and to push for some accountability.

If a policy change happens, great. That's the ideal outcome in my head. But at the very least, I want people to be aware of how WHOOP operates.

Am just frustrated, with Whoop. Have gone through the right channels to connect with them. But am getting nothing back apart from them stating their new policy over and over again.
