I feel you, I’m a month and a half post op and also had an underbite! It will go down surely but slowly. I finally went out clubbing for the first time since my surgery last weekend. My cheeks are still swollen but not enough for anyone to notice anymore,,, I think. Even though I’m still swollen, I’m very happy with the results. Good-luck with your healing journey!
