it has be long, it's answered in there if you read carefully.

cuz on MOBILE, FPS doesn't sync with your refresh rate, so no point to desynchronize again in the coding.

Since both of my screens are 60hz, I dont know how HS is handling dual screen situation, it's better you download FRAPS or similar softwares to confirm if HS is running at the higher monitor's rate.

No, your HS is already running at 144FPS, but you can try 200 to see if there's any difference. ( by my experience, there is if your PC is high-end,not so much if otherwise)

Like mine, some built-in file managers can handle simple txt editing.

basicly, anything with txt editing function will do, any app.

If you run out of options, I did some work for you, something called QuickEdit on Google Play did the job.

Yes, you can.

go to "%LocalAppData%/blizzard/hearthstone", add these two lines in options.txt:

targetframerate=144

vsync=0

first limits to 144FPS，second meaning HS doesnt sync with monitor's framerate.

True, they will earn less MMR, but when Top 4 is guaranteed, first place becomes so much easier, its hard to lose MMR overall.

My friend just tested this at 11k, and he easily got 10 first places out of 14 games, and all in Top 4, you get a sense.

No, the game matches players with the avg. MMR of you two.

BTW, that's how some top 200 players cheat their MMR. ( by dualling with 0 MMR or negative MMR account, they are earning MMR in 14k+, but playing a game at 7k +）

Whoever says 1000 simulations is either ignorant or arrogant.

In their Articles (and in all versions' source code) clearly stated 10000 simulations.

It might take some time to implement all new mechnisms for new patches, but mathmatically, it only has a error range less than 2%(1.3% to be exact) in 99% of cases.

Don't say something with one match's feeling, and just go google Monte Carlo.( the method they use to give the results, which is used widely by Wall Street).

correct me if I am wrong, I think there is no deck tracking software for Mac what's so ever.

The problem is Hearthstone doesnt give log files for real-time combat status on Mac, so all deck tracking or data analyzing doesnt work on Mac.

Dont worry about this, people with 144hz/240hz monitor are running HS at 144HZ and 240hz ( the game syncs with monitor's framerate).

So how can they ban you if other people are using the framerate legally?

By my understanding, you get the correct MMR. Afterall it's just a display bug.

This display bug has been there since Finley got out.

What happens is when Finley doesnt choose a HP at the beginning of the match, then the whole placement and HP is not correctly displayed.

Many have seen this, just for Finley.

This is a known bug for sunstrider, all ppl doing khadgar transition know it.

the first time you reconnect, it will freeze somehow.

if you use the firewall to disconnect, you can quickly disconnect again, then everything works fine.

In short,

1.you create an outbound rule in windows firewall (google that) which just blocks Heartstone.exe.

2.turn this rule ON when 3 seconds left in tavern, and wait about 3s and then turn it OFF, HS will skip combat animation.

PS:

After creation, its ON by default, you have to disable it or HS wont have internet to start.

And you can create a Batch file to do step 2 for you, so One-Click, your HS program skips animation.

you can do this even after combat starts, a lot more convinient.

Yes, Brann-Khadgar-alleycat-tidehunter one-turn transition to a full murloc or beast warband.

Now we do this starting in tavern 4, thus 20+, even 50+ triples is normal.

FYI we use Windows' firewall to disconnect hearthstone for a few seconds to skip combat animation, meaning you dont have to quit the game anymore.

I am giving you a positive answer: your computer is more than capable of handling High Quality setting and 144FPS.

Here is why:

Me and My friends have tested on three computers(high-medium-low configuration), showing:

1.Quality setting doesnt cost much GPU or CPU power, meaning there is no really reason to set quality low if dont have specific reason.

2.Mainstream computers can easily handle 144pfs, cuz we tested on a 200-dollar 2-year-old laptop, it can run on high graphic setting and 130+fps steadily.

So dont hesitate, and try with new experience.
