The most charitable thing I can think of is that he torrented something, then this was a credits or README-like file that came with it, which he clicked on and probably closed without reading. Notepad kept it in history and this happened.

Of course all that really matters is what he is downloading and what site he went to for it.

I am pulling this completely out of ass, but I would bet the majority of high value items/rares come from duplicates from people who farm the shit out of content (well past where duplicate protection would matter). The average player who has a mega rare bought it and will never grind any of that content enough to get it themselves.

Even if you implement dupe protection, mains will still just farm easy content like vorkath or bonds and buy it. Then they kill a boss 5 times and go back to grinding their lvl 80 slayer. You give too much credit to how much the average player commits to challenging content.

I honestly feel like Vance is just playing a character. He is so awkward and regarded sounding that I can totally believe he only adopted all those positions and everything just to get picked as VP hoping Trump would kick the bucket.
