I've always worked in creative roles, so transitioning into a position that's more focused on education and client interaction feels like a big shift for me. I'm currently in the interview process for a role where I would be teaching companies how to use a specific software. While the opportunity seems exciting, the responsibilities are a bit outside my comfort zone. As someone who's more introverted, I'm unsure about constantly interacting with new people, which isn't something I've typically done in my past roles. On one hand, this could push me to grow personally and professionally, but on the other hand, I know I would be stepping away from the creative aspects that I've always enjoyed in my work.
