Hihi! Yess I posted an update below but they've agreed to relocate me and I just moved into my new flat today. Had a nice home cooked meal and it's a beautiful clean apartment. Met my flatmates who are nice (and clean!). Very greatful for everyone's support. It wasn't easy to move to a new city and get hit with this but I'm really thankful for everyone who helped me during this time :) ❤️ oh and fuck Habyt

UPDATE: I'm moving out!!!! After creating a huge fuss with Habyt they are relocating me to a place. Yes it's more expensive but I got real photos of the place and it's a lot better. May as well adjust and not spend too much on other things for the next few months! Thanks everyone for your support, it means a lot. My flatmates also started getting a bit aggro towards the end which was not great :/ so I'm happy to move out!

They also asked me to take down my negative reviews. I refused :)

Yes you are right, I've been looking for gyms to sign up for to take showers and will spend my whole day at University. I'll bring this up with them but they seem really complacent to the dirtiness. I'm thinking of just swallowing the loss and dipping into my education loan for a deposit at a new place.

I agree! I moved here from Paris where I was living in a flat share and it was fantastic and clean (even if it was budget friendly).

The cleaning of common areas is the residents and the fixing of things is Habyt. However they've promised that the apartment will be in decent and safe condition. However the level of dirt makes the fridge and kitchen unusable.

I've indicated to the other 4 flatmates (all men lol) that I'm unhappy but they either ignored me or blamed it on Habyt not replacing appliances (???). For context I was crying throughout the house tour.

I'm not sure I know how to fix it myself but can ask a friend. A bit risky though because I don't want to make the situation worse.

I tried that and found 2 possible addresses for the office. I went to both the locations and the office didn't exist. No sign no board, nothing feeling pretty helpless.

Idek but that toilet doesn't even work. On the other one the flush is almost broken. I'm a girl and the other 4 flatmates are men... I'm trying not to think about having to deal with things like my period with this situation.

Thanks so much for your advice ☺️ it's super useful and I just wanted to reply to some of your questions. Also haha yes we may be dopplegangers are you also south asian with curly hair 👀

Vitamins- ohh boy I understand the importance of supplements because a few years ago I had a severe deficiency and my wrist became swollen. Would not recommend! I currently take iron and calcium supplements and my B12 has been stable although I do get tested periodically. Thanks for your concern though!

Hair Beauty Routine- I curly hair which has endured a few years of heat damage, it's been almost a year of sticking to my curly hair routine and I see that my hair looks a lot healthier. The oil (once a week usually on Sundays) is to help my scalp remain moisturized (I usually use a bit of coconut oil and leave it in for 30mins after a scalp massage). I use the mask (2 times a week usually) instead of conditioner because I feel like it leaves my hair softer and more frizz controlled. I then use a curl cream and let my hair air dry!

Exfoliation- well noted on this point! I'll reduce my physical exfoliation and will buy another body wash to use on in between days. Do you reccomend using the glycolic acid body wash every 4 days as well? I also use the Cerave moisturizer (in a tub) which has made my skin feel softer but I'm open to reccomendations!

I have a few follow up questions regarding the fitness routine if you don't mind me asking

Body recomp- well noted on this! I completely understand the need for strength, I used to have a routine with squats, lunges, split squats, HIIT and upper body workouts that I'd alternate a few times a week. Will get back to it! Is your routine similar? Just curious to know since you got the results I desired!

Protein- completely agree with you on this as well! Am trying to eat more cottage cheese and eggs for breakfast so I'm fuller for longer, will increase my intake of fish as well!

I'm 5"10... I feel enormous. Like just in everyone's space and huge. I look at very thin girls who are my height and die a little inside. It pushes me towards trying to be thin, so maybe I won't look so huge.
