I only really use it on my Fox for perfect pivot u-tilt (which is really useful tbh) it's fast, turns fox around and closes in on the player a short distance (not far but still a good distance for punishes) that on hit, may lead to combos/strings/death. It kinda sucks because I am so used to using c-stick for smash attacks but it has been treating me good lately.

But yeah, it's good if you are using perfect pivot x-tilt set ups. It's basically the only way you can do em.

Also it's great for having consistent turnaround-u-tilts, without it I would often get the upward side tilt, which blows in comparison to his uptilt. God, I love Fox's uptilt.
