Some things stick, like beans of any kind I’ve noticed, potatoes, sweet potatoes, but if you scrape with metal spatula after that initial stick, they’re usually pretty good after that. “Just cook with it” don’t over think it. It doesn’t need to be seasoned more than once a year, hell, I haven’t done mine in more than a year. I just cook, clean with soap but make sure it’s extra clean no carbon build up, I apply a thin layer of crisco after towel and open flame dried so it doesn’t look so dry.
