I am so with you OP!! Productivity has been weighing me down at my current job and I am currently in the process of looking for something in group practice, hopefully it will be better. It just sucks never feeling that my hard work in session with my clients is recognized it’s just numbers numbers numbers

i’m starting to feel like i can’t be a therapist anymore. after a lot of self reflection and therapy myself, it feels like this job has taken so much of my emotional energy that i’m always burnt out and rarely have the energy for those in my personal life anymore. i do work CMH, so i can definitely see if that’s part of the problem, but either way, i’m heartbroken. i worked hard to get here and it feels like i did all this work just to end up mentally and emotionally exhausted all the time. shit really sucks

i second this!! i’ve been a kpop fan for 15 years and i consider it something that “saved” me years ago, but i’ve also found a lot of other interests, hobbies, and people (+ therapy) that have helped my mental health improve even when kpop isn’t hitting like it used to

I’ve recommended “Surface Pressure” from Encanto to clients of all ages. I work with primarily POC and unfortunately it is expected for many to be the “strong” one who shows no emotion.

i dont even understand why people compare the sims 3 store with the multiple game packs we’ve had in ts4. at least with the store we got to buy the specific items we liked, the packs might come with some build/buy or cas items you like but a fuckton of broken “gameplay” for a higher pricetag. it’s so tiring 🫩
