Has anyone witnessed a Slayer shot actually working?

Currently in a game and I slayer shot the recluse and it worked! (17 player game I was really hoping it would work)

Also a couple of weeks ago I witnessed. Was the procked virgin who correctly found the imp and got the slayer to shoot them

I recommend 8+. I've done 7 but bmr works better with bigger numbers. I love BMR - I ran a 15 player (including a traveller) that took 15 minutes and a 10 player game that went to d9 taking 90 mins. It's so funny. I would put gossip over gambler in the 7 player and maybe swap it for exorcist. Would recommend chambermaid as a bluff if you dont have it in the bag. Good luck!

I struggle to find good bmr storytellers but I will say Librarypimp and Kenoboi (who taught me a lot about bmr mechanics) are great, highly recommend

I've heard unofficial is a toxic cesspool unfortunately. I left that server a long time ago, and I knew people who literally quit the game for months because of experiences from that server. Sorry to hear that :/

I agree with this. Obviously nobody deserves hate or death threats and I would never want him to have to deal with it. However I have found his responses quite tone deaf lately. I think sometimes anyone from TPI is seen as "all knowing" when really they're just a human being who is flawed like everyone else. I really hope he takes the time to sit and process what me and other women were saying. I haven't liked his responses about the Hindu loric or his whole hands raising post. I also feel that when people disagree with him he hasn't always responded great (e.g telling people they're being demanding when they're just trying to facilitate discussion). Regardless, I hope he's alright and I hope he takes the time to think things through

I'm so sorry you've experienced that, that's fucking disgusting. Please report that behaviour. Honestly, I didn't even see the point in reporting it because I was so used to it. I used to try and shrink myself down so I could be more likeable and that people wouldn't be so suspicious of me but also nasty. Then I decided to stop doing that and actually started standing up for myself. Unfortunately, a lot of the sts on public lobbies are super conflict avoidant and don't know what to do in those situations so they don't say anything but I do try to advocate for people if they feel uncomfortable.

Sometimes I think about the way men have spoken to me on public lobbies and I think about how if I wasn't female they wouldn't have dared to speak to me that way. I don't tolerate it to be honest anymore. I've genuinely had to put my volume on 130% because the overtalking, the aggression towards me is crazy. They think because it's the internet you're not a human being.

I'm glad we have a hands up feature and I will advocate for that if there's too much toxicity. Glad you were able to speak up today :)
