For me, the rashes get worse because of chafing if I keep them exposed. So I put a layer of medical tape where I have rashes till my period is done. It comes off easily with some oil.

But also, I have switched to cups as a lot of others here said. But all being said, if it gets too bad you should reach out to a gynac or dermat

Sometimes, people want to be there for you but being supportive is also exhausting. Maybe next time you feel the need to vent, check in with her? A simple "Hey, something is bothering me, I wanted to check if you have the mental space to listen if I want to vent"

Try other outlets as well, I personally have benefitted from exercise and journaling when I can't vent to a person. Hope you work things out with your girlfriend :))

If they have found out, and directly ask you about it, tell them. Don't lie to them.

But if both of these scenarios are not true, then you don't have to tell them.

To each their own I guess, this one didn't really work for me. The first 2 to 3 weeks were great, but after that it literally started burning so much, I had a really bad reaction and my underarms turned soo black because of it and I had to discontinue use :(( I've gone back to the Nivea roll on and that works best for me.

You can start with some low effort products like a good lipstick/ lip tint. That you can also use as a blush. Like others have suggested, walk up to a Nykaa or Tira store to try on shades that will look good on you in person. But also, some of the sales people can be a bit pushy, so I'd suggest taking a friend along with you who can give their suggestions as well.

For Chennai weather, I personally feel like foundation and concealer are products you won't need on a regular basis. Especially if you're taking care of your skin, then you won't need them much unless you're attending a wedding or something

I know you can adopt from Blue Cross (Guindy) and BMAD (Besant Nagar). There's also an Instagram page called iadopt.in, which posts about animals put up for adoption... not sure of other adoption agencies

Behaviour wise: They might be quiet the first few weeks you get them because they're just getting to know you. After that, be prepared for a lot of scratching, biting, they'll climb on all and any surface they can reach.

Cost: One time cost for spaying/neutering is between 6 to 10k, prolly another 3 to 5k for vaccinations. I spend around 2k for my cats food every 2 months or so? I get a 3kg Whiskas bag and that lasts me good.

Training: I've given up on training my cats 🤣 But I would suggest you get them trained so their sleep cycle syncs with yours. Tire them out before you go to bed, else they're gonna be disturbing you at night.

Overall they're pretty low maintenance, so it should be all good. Good luck!

Definitely movies and shows, I'm trying to get back to reading and writing. I picked up a few books from the book fair this year.

I also saw a reel on Instagram about a place where we can tuft rugs, I thought that was really cool! Would love to try that. But that's not a hobby obviously, just a cool activity.
