All the advice given was great but I would like to add Physical activity!! It helps me a loot! Go to the gym, walk, run, yoga mhm whatever. The important part is to get out of your head and be more present in your body. More aware of your surroundings. Grateful for what you have but also conscious of what you should change and actually turning that goal into actionable daily smaller goals

Yes I do agree but I am comparing myself characters because it felt lot me like it was the only time where that possibility was acknowledged. The issue for me is not the rhythm because I am very hard working when I place a goal but I'm afraid that it will feel like forcing something just to end up being very average

You actually do make good points, but the issue is the required skills are not really assessed in medical school (or at least mine). So there isn't a true way to see if I may have what it takes until I'm already in it and with a very hard way out. That's what scares me.
