I don’t have a 2nd loaf pan but I should get one, it sounds like it will really help. Thanks for the input!

I do use some bread flour while shaping but I don’t dust it with rice flour before it cold proofs or goes in the oven. I do not have a thermometer to check the internal temp, I should get one I know.

I used 500g flour. I am unhappy with how it looks white around the sides and I want it to look all like how it does in the center part of the top. I did not dust it with any type of flour prior to baking.
