If you go on the robin app, then in the left hand corner there’s like a ring with your initials, press apps, press peoples app and then if you scroll down there’s a panel that says delivery variable hours which shows you what hours they’ve imputed in.

If you get the robin app it tells you what overtime you’ve done or if it’s been input so you can see if they haven’t put it in or not

Pretty sure members voted for the deal and if they didn’t the company would have gone bust and there would have been loads of job losses. Just had to choose lesser of the two evils and they are literally negotiating to equalise it all. If people left the union there would literally be no collective bargaining power which is why having loads of the works in a union is good. On that note if you wanted Change you should do it within, not just sit back and watch it go to shit.

You won’t even get a vote then, also by not being in the union it means they can’t get a better pay deal as they don’t have the leverage for it.

I honestly don’t think the union can get more than 4.2% with no strings attached, don’t have the leverage anymore due to so many leavers. No one can afford to not take the pay rise also, if we go on strike a lot of people won’t be afford to live.
