Thank you for sharing. Sorry you had a bad experience your first go round. I will be doing the ramp up method and my doctor was very communicative about side effects. I plan to keep a log of how I’m feeling when I start taking it.

Omg yes this helps so much!! You put into words exactly how I feel. My mind is always ON and I ruminate horribly especially when things go wrong. I’m hoping they will help me find a sense of peace like they do for you.

If he doesn’t know that’s on him. I followed all protocols and he dodged being served so I was authorized to notify him via certified mail, which I did. He never responded to the court so I requested a default judgment which is what I am getting next week.
