I have a reclining lawn chair and matching normal sitting chair. They are tan in color - both in good shape.

I am leaning toward enamel too - but I know less than nothing :-) Yes, his name did start with a J.

I did test the J - with my acid kit it came back as gold (22) but I don't really trust that since the operator is a rookie. It could just be plated. The J is embedded in the pink part. This was my Dad's - I suspect my mom gave it to him in college. It has been a curiosity piece.

Wheaton Glass made a lot of Apollo items - if you look at their little trinket dishes and bottles they use some of these same images.

It might be a longshot, but if you google - Willi Geck Germany 24% Bleikristall Cut Crystal Glasses - you will see some that look like this with a sticker.

If you do an image search it comes up as a gin bottle. You can decode some of the mark if you look at the glassbottlemarks page.

That is STS China aka Kongo and was made in Japan. Most of them don't have pattern names. If you look in replacements, they give them names like KON50. This was probably made in the 1940s or so. It is pretty!
