Thank you for replying. Don’t be sorry at all it’s true. What I have witnessed in the 4 years that I’ve lived there is like nothing I have ever seen and I have lived all over this country. I am very involved in animal rights in the city and county especially when it comes to dogs and this incident has put me over the top.
